Anna Clifford is a skilled strategist and behavioural scientist with extensive experience in programme design and quality assurance across various international settings. Currently serving as Lead SBC & Design Strategist at MAGENTA, Anna oversees design and quality assurance in regional hubs including MENA, Africa, LAC, and Asia, focusing on behavioural research, strategy development, and community engagement. Previously, as Head of Strategy & Programme Design at Zinc Network, Anna addressed significant social issues, enhancing information quality for citizens and supporting independent media. Freelance experience included refining products for start-ups and providing bespoke research for UK clients, while earlier roles at The Lab, EY Sweeney, and Empirica Research involved qualitative research and strategic consulting. Anna holds a Master's degree in Behaviour Change from UCL and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Exeter.
