Emily Barton

Emily Barton is an experienced pastry cook and chocolatier with a strong background in the culinary arts. Currently serving as a Pastry Cook at Le Politique since May 2019, Emily is responsible for plating desserts and completing production tasks for both the restaurant and patisserie. In addition, Emily has been a Chocolatier at Maggie Louise Confections since October 2018. Previous experience includes customer service roles as Front of House Staff at The Culinary Institute of America from January to April 2018 and an externship in the Pastry Department at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa from January to May 2016, where dessert creation for hotel guests and catering events was the focus. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned in 2018.
