Stephanie L. Dalecki

Stephanie L. Dalecki is an experienced immigration attorney currently serving as a member of the New Member Division Committee and the Business Section National Steering Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. As an attorney at Maggio Kattar Nahajzer + Alexander PC since June 2022, Stephanie represents individuals and corporations in diverse business immigration matters, managing high volumes of complex cases. Previously, Stephanie held positions as a Business Immigration Attorney at Murray Osorio PLLC and as a Senior Student Attorney at the UDC Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. Additional experience includes internships with the U.S. Department of Justice and UDC General Practice Clinic, as well as a long tenure as a Business Immigration Paralegal. Stephanie earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 2020.
