Theresa Lerch Nahajzer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Theresa began their career at Sutton Place Gourmet in 1996 as a Benefits Manager. Theresa then joined MicroStrategy in 1997 as a Sr. Manager, HR Operations, where they worked until 2001. Following that, Theresa worked at Intelsat as a Sr. Manager, Benefits from 2001 to 2003. Theresa then joined Hanger Orthopedic Group as the Director of Compensation & Benefits, where they worked for seven years. In 2010, they transitioned to Kastle Systems, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for one year. In 2011, Theresa held two roles simultaneously - Director of Operations at Maggio + Kattar and Principal Independent HR Consultant at M6 HR LLC.
Theresa Lerch Nahajzer pursued their undergraduate education from 1989 to 1993 at Washington College. Theresa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology during this period. In addition to their academic qualifications, Theresa Lerch Nahajzer also achieved certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources from SHRM in May 2013.
