Jonali Saikia Khasnabish

Jonali Saikia Khasnabish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, women's empowerment, and entrepreneurship development. Currently serving as the Director of Women’s Academy and Corporate Partnerships at Magic Bus India Foundation, Jonali focuses on enhancing women's workforce participation through research-driven livelihood programs. In addition, Jonali is a Visiting Faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Managing Trustee at Heartcrafted Foundation, and Founder of Heeya Social Enterprise, which aims to create sustainable livelihoods for artisan women. Former leadership roles include Vertical Head of Community Based Entrepreneurship at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd. and Regional Delivery Lead at Accenture Learning. Jonali holds an MBA from the Department of Business Administration, GU, and has completed a Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
