Shagun Bhunchal

Shagun Bhunchal is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Head of People Strategy at Magic EdTech since November 2017. With a focus on the education sector, Shagun plays a key role in positioning the company as a leader in digital learning and technology solutions for K-12 and Higher Education. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Ericsson India and Evalueserve, where responsibilities encompassed change management, talent management, and employee engagement. Shagun also held the position of Manager - Human Resource at HCL Technologies, overseeing attrition management and leadership development, and began a career as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Info Edge India Ltd. Shagun holds a Master of Business Administration from EMPI Business School, is pursuing a Senior Executive Development program in Building Future CHRO from XLRI Jamshedpur, and has a degree in Economics from MCM DAV College, Chandigarh.
