Jonathan Pechmajou

Jonathan Pechmajou is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering with extensive experience in advancing operational excellence and productivity. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Magic Leap since October 2016, Jonathan has held multiple leadership roles within the company. As a board member of the South Florida Manufacturers Association since October 2021, Jonathan contributes to the industry at a strategic level. Previous experience includes significant roles at Caterpillar Belgium S.A. where Jonathan effectively managed teams, enhanced production processes, and achieved notable operational improvements. Jonathan's educational background encompasses a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Salford.
