Julie Larson-Green

Julie Larson-Green is the Chief Technology Officer at Magic Leap. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Experience Officer at Qualtrics from January 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading product and people and defining the Experience Management (XM) category. Larson-Green also spent 24 years at Microsoft, where they served as the Chief Experience Officer for the Office Experience Organization from January 1993 to December 2017. During their time at Microsoft, they were responsible for overseeing the company's efforts to establish a more effective hiring process, new performance and compensation plans, and a new employee experience program.

Julie Larson-Green has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Washington University and a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Seattle University.
