Francisco Ortiz Molinuevo

Francisco Ortiz Molinuevo has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 18 years. Francisco started their career in 2002 at Audela Norte, where they worked in management and project development, creating and following up on projects aligned with the company's vision in Argentina. Francisco also performed administrative duties and reported on the impact of these projects.

In 2007, Francisco joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as a B2B Sales Department Assistant, where they worked until 2009.

From there, Francisco moved on to Magic Memories, a company specializing in photography and digital imaging. Francisco held various roles within the company, including Photographer/Salesperson, Multi-Site Performance Manager, and North Island Regional Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for ensuring optimal store and team performance, maintaining strong partner relationships, and delivering budget targets.

Francisco also held the role of New Zealand Performance Manager, where they supported regional operations managers and site operations managers to achieve their revenue targets. Francisco provided coaching and guidance to ensure clarity of roles and accountability.

In their most recent roles at Magic Memories, Francisco served as Brand Development Manager, New Zealand Operations Manager, and Country Manager - New Zealand. As Brand Development Manager, they led initiatives in attraction modeling and coached the Brand Excellence team. As New Zealand Operations Manager, they oversaw the overall operations of the company in the country. Finally, as Country Manager for New Zealand, they were responsible for the overall running of Magic Memories in New Zealand and Hawaii.

Throughout their work experience, Francisco demonstrated a strong ability to deliver results, build and maintain relationships, and drive high-performance cultures.

Francisco Ortiz Molinuevo attended Labarden from 1990 to 2002, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a specialization in Science. Francisco then pursued higher education at the University of Buenos Aires, starting in 2003. Francisco studied Actuary but did not complete the degree, ending their studies in 2014. Francisco also pursued studies in Business Administration at the same university, which they also left unfinished in 2013.
