Sarah McLennan

Sarah McLennan has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Sarah began their career in 2001 as a Personnel Officer on a contract basis at the Institute of Psychiatry. In 2002, they took on a HR Administrator contract role at OM Technology. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a HR Advisor at Ashtenne Holdings Plc, providing advice and support on Company policy and procedures. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Invensys plc. During this time, they also worked as an HR Consultant and Recruitment Specialist at Old Mutual, where they were part of a project team building a complete “Direct” Short term insurance business. In 2009, they became the HR Consultant and Owner of BITESIZE Human Resource Consulting. From 2010 to 2016, they were the HR Manager at NGA Africa. In 2018, they began working as the Head of HR and Talent Development at both MagicOrange and Keyrus.

Sarah McLennan completed their Post Grad degree in CIPD (PQS) Professional Management Foundation Programme from the University of Greenwich between 2002 and 2005. Sarah has also obtained various certifications since then, including Talent Sourcing Training from The Talent Hunter in April 2021, Tableau Partner Sales Accreditation from Tableau Training in June 2020, GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from LinkedIn in August 2019, and Working with Difficult People from LinkedIn in August 2019.
