Dave Vacanti

Dave Vacanti has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2000. In 2000, they were a Minor-League Screenwriter at The Studio System, where they wrote screenplays on spec and sold two. In 2004, they joined Cornerstone OnDemand, where they held the roles of Senior Director of Business Applications, Director of Sales Technology, Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement, Corporate Account Development Manager and Field Marketing Manager, and Sales Operations Manager and Proposal Writer. In 2018, they founded MagicRobot, where they currently serve as Chief Innovation Officer and CEO. Dave's role includes changing people's minds about the potential of work software and automation, owning the technical success and feasibility of the MagicOS and its applications, and reducing technical debt.

Dave Vacanti attended Syracuse University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in a dual major of Anthropology and Television, Radio & Film.
