Irina Gakheladze

Irina Gakheladze is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Global Recruiter at Magic Travels since July 2023, overseeing recruitment across multiple offices globally. Previously, Irina worked as an Associate Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at EPAM Anywhere, conducting interviews and managing the hiring process for diverse candidates. Irina's experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Targeting Department and Customer Relations Manager at Social Boost, and Human Resources Manager at Ltd American Monolith - Multiplex Petrolia Logistics Solutions. Irina started a career in customer service and sales at JSC Sarajishvili and Shift Cars, and completed an internship at IRAO - Vienna Insurance Group. Irina holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Tbilisi State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Ilia State University.
