Alex Canedo

Alexandra Canedo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, operations, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Strategist and Client Success Director at Magical Teams since August 2023, Alexandra focuses on connecting passionate individuals with business leaders. In addition, as a CX & Operations Consultant at HQ Alchemy, Alexandra aids small businesses in developing efficient processes and technology solutions. Alexandra is also a member and the San Francisco Chapter Lead for The Female Founder Collective, fostering connections among female entrepreneurs. Prior roles include Director of CX & Operations, Head of Customer Experience, and General Manager at Bungalow, and various positions at Castlight Health, Jiff, and App Empire. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Spanish from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has further studied Spanish at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
