Molcalm O'Neil

Molcalm "Mac" O'Neil serves as the General Manager and Director of Operations at MagickWoods Limited since November 2021, leading North American Operations for a global Kitchen & Bath manufacturer. Prior to this role, O'Neil spent two decades at Andersen Corporation, advancing through several key positions including Plant Manager, where tasks involved integrating a newly acquired facility and improving operational efficiencies across manufacturing sites. O'Neil also held roles as Value Stream Manager and Supervisor, focusing on Lean initiatives and process optimizations across multiple production locations. O'Neil holds a CIM Designation in Management from Western University.
