Sydney Raab

Sydney (Artt) Raab is an experienced HR and people operations leader currently serving as VP, People at MagicSchool AI since June 2025 and as a member of the CPOHQ + Knoetic AI forum for Heads of HR since March 2025. Sydney also holds advisory roles, including AI Advisory Board Member at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Global Ambassador at WomenTech Network. Previous experience includes VP, People at Anaconda, Inc., where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational performance, as well as roles at Eco, Maxwell, Sumo Logic, and Blend, focusing on talent acquisition, HR compliance, and employee engagement. Sydney earned a degree from Florida State University and a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
