Michael Beck

Michael Beck is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property law, with a career spanning several decades. As the owner of Maginot, Moore & Beck, LLP since October 2001, Michael focuses on patents, copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property licensing and litigation. Previously, Michael served as a partner at Baker & Daniels, where Michael chaired the IP section, and also owned a boutique law firm, Beck, Michael & Beck, PC. Michael's journey in the legal field began at Woodard, Emhardt, Moriary & McNett as a partner dedicated to intellectual property law. Prior to their legal career, Michael worked as a dynamics engineer at Allison Gas Turbines and General Dynamics - Convair Division, gaining valuable experience in engineering analysis. Michael holds a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and advanced degrees in engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Kettering University.
