Harisha Varatharajah is a seasoned professional in disability inclusion and economic development, currently serving as a Disability Inclusion Specialist at Palladium: Make It Possible, focusing on the Skills for Inclusive Growth (S4IG) Programme in Sri Lanka. With experience as a Livelihood Consultant at MAG, Harisha plays a crucial role in transitioning the demining workforce to alternative occupations. Previous roles include Inclusivity Consultant at Palladium, Disability Inclusion Advisor for the S4IG Program, and International Consultant for Humanity & Inclusion.
