Elaine Yim

Elaine Yim is a seasoned compensation consultant with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Consultant at Frederic W. Cook & Co. since July 2010, Elaine provides analytical support for various compensation consulting engagements, focusing on areas such as total compensation reviews, annual and equity incentives, and evaluation of compensation for tax-exempt organizations. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at Presidio Pay Advisors from October 2007 to May 2010, where Elaine supported the development of pay structure strategies, and at Equilar from June 2006 to September 2007, where Elaine examined SEC filings to benchmark executive compensation. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
