Hélène Kuperman-le-Bihan

Hélène Kuperman-Le-Bihan is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of MAG Europe and Regional Head of Programmes for Sahel & West Africa at the Mines Advisory Group since May 2019. In this role, Hélène is responsible for implementing high-quality programming and developing evidence-based strategies across the region. Previously, Hélène held the position of Country Director at MAG, where strategic leadership and programme oversight were paramount. Additionally, Hélène is a shareholder at Team for the Planet, a non-profit focused on tackling climate change. Hélène's extensive background includes roles as Armed Violence Reduction Business Development Officer and Deputy Desk Officer at Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion, as well as various positions at Action Contre la Faim, Oxfam France, and the United Nations. Hélène holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Audencia and is currently pursuing further education in public affairs at Sciences Po Executive Education.
