Jevon Clayton

Jevon Clayton has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jevon started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Manchester Growth Company in 2006. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a HR Coordinator at MAG (Mines Advisory Group), providing HR services and support to the UK head office and overseas programs. Jevon then took on the role of HR Development Manager (Maternity Cover) at MAG from 2012 to 2013, where they led a project on job evaluation and remuneration strategy. From 2013 to 2019, Jevon served as the HR Manager at MAG, taking on responsibilities such as managing HR operations, acting as a business partner to regional directors, and leading strategic HR projects and initiatives. In February 2019, they were promoted to the position of Head of Human Resources at MAG.

Jevon Clayton began their education in 2001 at the University of Leicester, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree, which they completed in 2004. Jevon then went on to further their studies at the University of Salford from 2006 to 2008, earning a Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) in Human Resources. Jevon continued their education at the University of Salford, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources from 2008 to 2010.
