Kevin K.

Kevin K. has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Starting in 2021, they worked as the Head of Support at MAG (Mines Advisory Group). Prior to that, they served as the Head of Systems and Operations at People in Need from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, Kevin held multiple roles at the Danish Refugee Council / Dansk Flygtningehjælp, including Country Finance Manager, Finance, Admin and HR Manager, Finance Officer, and MEAL coordination assistant. Kevin also worked as a Medewerker at JoHo Foundation from 2015 to 2016. In addition, Kevin served as the Editor in Chief, Vice-president, and Secretary at Stichting JASON from 2011 to 2016. Kevin interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands in 2014. Kevin has also worked as a Horecamedewerker at Madurodam in 2012 and as a Student-ambassadeur at De Groene Amsterdammer from 2012 to 2013. Kevin gained experience as a Receptionist, Education committee member, and PR committee member at Radboud University Nijmegen from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, Kevin worked as a Journalist at Omroep Gelderland in 2011.

Kevin K. began their education in 2008 at Radboud University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Islam & Arabic. Kevin completed this program in 2011. In the same year, Kevin also began their Master's degree in Arabic linguistics at Radboud University. Kevin successfully completed this program in 2014. Continuing their academic journey, Kevin joined Leiden University in 2011, where they pursued a Master's degree in Middle Eastern Studies. Kevin completed this program in 2016.
