Ileana Aldama

Ileana Aldama currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Magistrans since February 2025 and has been working as an independent contractor since October 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Backend Developer at Keep, Elixir Engineer at BlockFi, and Development Team Lead at Grio. Ileana also held the role of Software Architect at Citibanamex for a brief period in 2019, was a Lead Software Developer at Intelimétrica, and worked as a Software Engineer at Operacion movil. Educationally, Ileana Aldama obtained a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, completing the program in August 2011.
