Iddar Olivares Morales

Iddar Olivares Morales is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO at Magma Partners since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing the development team and experimenting with artificial intelligence. Previously, Iddar co-founded and held the position of CTO at wOS, and served as a crossover developer at Autónomo. Other significant roles include Tech Lead at Synx.co, where Iddar led a team focused on large-scale data processing, and Lead Software Developer at Creze, responsible for rewriting applications and managing engineering teams. Additional experience encompasses project management at IMA Telecom, software engineering at VoxFeed, and various development roles at SIGNOT and CTIN. Iddar holds degrees in Mechatronic Engineering from both Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Xalapa and Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz, and completed a program at Y Combinator in 2021.
