Demi Barbos

Demi Barbos currently serves as the Director of Training at Magna Hospitality Group, L.C., a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Demi accumulated extensive experience at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from July 2015 to December 2024, serving as Human Resources Director and HR Manager/Controller. Demi's earlier experience includes a role in Human Resources at CarMax, where responsibilities involved managing hiring and employment records for over 200 employees, as well as serving as Task Force General Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, overseeing hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, Demi was Hotel Manager at Hyatt Summerfield Suites from December 2007 to September 2012, managing all aspects of property operations. Demi holds two Associate degrees in Applied Science with a focus on Financial Services from William Rainey Harper College and Harper College, both completed between January 2002 and January 2007.
