Louella A. currently serves as the Director of Training and Quality at Peak Support since January 2023. Previously, Louella held the position of Head of Training and Development at Enshored, where a significant revamp of training processes was implemented, resulting in an increase in quality scores for new hire trainees. As the Global Training and Quality Manager at Majorel Philippines, Louella developed and aligned global training and quality frameworks across multiple sites, successfully completing several global projects that shaped the company's training processes. A history of leadership roles in training and development extends back to positions at TDCX, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, AffinityX, and 24/7 Inc., showcasing expertise in developing training programs, implementing quality processes, and managing teams.
