Connor Gilliland

Conner Gilliland has diverse work experience in human resources and fitness training. Conner is currently working at Magna International as a Divisional Human Resources Leader and Global Integration Culture Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Fitness Trainer at EverybodyFights. Conner has also held roles such as a Human Resources Business Partner Senior Manager at Chewy, Spin Instructor at Rev'd Indoor Cycling, and Talent Relations Manager at Wayfair. Earlier in their career, they worked as a People & Culture Partner at bp, Global HR Partner and HR Partner at ExxonMobil, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University. Conner also gained experience as an HRLP Intern at Halliburton and as a Human Resources Generalist at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings.

Conner Gilliland completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management at Baylor University from 2011 to 2015. Conner then pursued a Master's Degree in Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2016.
