James Turk

James Turk has extensive experience in the automotive technology sector, currently serving as the Global Line Manager for Views, ISP, and Calibration at Magna International since February 2003. Turk leads a global team focused on near-field camera algorithms, overseeing operations across multiple countries including Germany, China, India, the USA, Japan, and Canada. Previous roles at Magna include Software Technical Specialist, Feature Owner Calibration, Senior Algorithm Engineer, and Senior Hardware Engineer, where Turk played a crucial role in developing advanced driver assistance systems and machine vision technologies. Additionally, Turk has experience as an Embedded Systems Developer at Elysium Broadband and in systems engineering and project coordination at IMAGINACTION INC. Turk earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from McMaster University in 1996.
