Paul Myles

Paul Myles has extensive experience in workforce development and management within the automotive training sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Government Workforce Development and Training Programs at Magna International since 2015, Paul Myles also holds the position of General Manager at Magna Baltimore Technical Training Center LLC since 2005. Paul Myles has a proven track record in budgeting, contract negotiation, operational performance improvement, and the development of training programs, including a significant apprenticeship and certification program in machining. Previous roles include overseeing the construction of Magna International's first technical training center in the U.S. and various leadership positions in production management at Vehma International and Milford Fabricating Company. Education includes coursework at Henry Ford College and Aero Mechanics Vocational High School.
