Stephanie Thwaites

Stephanie Thwaites, CEBS, currently serves as the Senior Manager of US Benefits and Global Mobility at Magna International, where leadership of a team managing benefits plans for approximately 25,000 employees and oversight of the North America Global Mobility program are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Senior Manager of U.S. Benefit Programs at Oakland Schools, where the management and implementation of benefits, leave, and well-being initiatives were effectively executed. Experience also includes serving as a Global Benefits Analyst at Domino's Pizza, overseeing benefits administration for over 13,000 employees, and as a College Recruiter at Quicken Loans. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from The Wharton School.
