Susan McCullagh has over two decades of experience in human resources and office management. Currently, as a Human Resources Advisor at Magna IV Engineering since January 2012, Susan provides comprehensive support to operations across Canada, the U.S., and Chile, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, labor relations, and recruitment. Previously, Susan served as an HR/Payroll Coordinator, managing payroll for Canadian and U.S. employees while supporting the HR leadership team. Susan's career began at Builders Floor Centre as a Front Reception, followed by a progression to Office Manager/Recruiter at Choice Office Personnel Ltd., showcasing a strong foundation in administration and recruitment.
