Benedicta Gogo

Benedicta Gogo is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Protocol Assistant at Petrofac since October 2022, Benedicta manages travel arrangements and training schedules for crew members. As a Human Resource Advisor at Rigworld Group since December 2021, responsibilities include evaluating job descriptions, reviewing organizational policies, and advising management on recruitment laws. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO at both Kaeme and Mikaddo Holdings Limited, and Director of Operations at Young Diplomats of Ghana, among others. Benedicta holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Methodist University College of Ghana. Additional training includes courses on time management and teamwork from British Council / Blazing Trails.
