Ralph Mongeluzo

Based in California, Ralph Mongeluzo is a Senior Relationship Manager with Magna TrialGraphix. A practicing attorney prior to becoming a consultant, since 2001 Ralph has supported trial attorneys and legal professionals as they navigate their cases through the stages of litigation toward a potential trial.

Ralph consults with clients throughout the litigation process, from pleadings to verdict, recommending specific discovery, jury consulting and trial services to achieve the client’s goals, on time and on budget. Serving as the main point of contact for his clients throughout the engagement, Ralph has participated in early-stage research, mock trials, hearings, arbitrations and trials of hundreds of matters in state and federal venues throughout the US.

With clients among the nation’s leading trial teams at AmLaw200 firms, major corporations and boutique litigation firms, Ralph’s work includes bet-the-company and high-profile litigation in antitrust, construction, employment, entertainment, financial fraud, insurance, intellectual property, toxic tort and white-collar criminal matters.

Ralph holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. He is an author and speaker on the design of persuasive visual tools in litigation and frequently conducts Continuing Legal Education sessions on the subject for attorneys.
