Tom Luers

Tom Luers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning multiple leadership roles in various companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Magna Machine Co. since April 2020, Tom previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources at The Armor Group and Director of Human Relations at United Group Services, Inc. Earlier experience includes a significant term as Sr. Director, Corporate Human Resources at Intelligrated, along with an extensive tenure at Sogeti, Cap Gemini, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Tom's career began in systems engineering roles at Eli Lilly and Company and Electronic Data Systems, preceded by management experience in civil engineering with the United States Air Force. Tom holds a degree in Information Systems/Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
