Michael Filak

Michael Filak has extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications and networking. Michael started their career at Verizon in 1999, where they worked as a FIOS Customer Support representative for a period of ten years. In 2012, they joined FirstLight Fiber as a NOC Technician, specializing in network operations and monitoring. In 2014, Filak moved to Magna5, where they currently hold the position of Network Engineer. Their skills and expertise in the telecommunications industry make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Michael Filak completed their education in two different institutions. Michael attended SUNY Schenectady County Community College from 2012 to 2014, obtaining a degree in Computer Networking Systems & Cyber Security. Prior to that, they attended Burnt Hills - Ballston Lake Senior High School from 1990 to 1994, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, Michael earned certifications in Network+ from CompTIA in August 2014 and A+ from CompTIA in December 2013.
