Timothy Adams has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Timothy started their career at NetServe365 in 2007 as a Network Operations Center Technician, where they provided MSP support, help desk support, server and service monitoring, and backup application support. Timothy then joined UPMC in 2010 as a PC Consultant Senior, specializing in PC and printer hardware repair, with certifications from Apple, HP, and Dell. Most recently, Timothy worked at Magna5 as an IT Operations Center Engineer and later as a 24/7 NOC/SOC Engineer Lead.

Timothy Adams obtained an Associates degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Pittsburgh Technical College between 2005 and 2007. Timothy also holds additional certifications such as Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) obtained from Dell in 2017, and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) obtained from Apple in 2013.
