Vasiliki Fragkou

Vasiliki Fragkou currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Magnasense AB (publ) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Vasiliki held the position of Operations Director at Aegirbio UK Ltd from November 2020 to November 2023 and served as Chief Technology Officer at Thyrolytics for a brief period in 2020. Vasiliki has extensive experience in research and development, having worked as R&D Director and R&D Manager at CONCEPTA DIAGNOSTICS LIMITED from April 2014 to May 2020, and as a Senior Research Scientist at AgPlus Diagnostics between March 2011 and April 2013. Vasiliki started a career in research as a Research Scientist at Unipath Limited from November 2004 to October 2006. Academically, Vasiliki holds a PhD in Electrochemical Glucose Biosensors from Cranfield University, a PGDip in Applied Genetics from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in Biology from the University of Bucharest.
