Ann Dillas

Ann Dillas has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as VP of HR US&C Operations & Business Transformation at Magnera Corporation since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ann held the position of Human Resources Director for North America at Glatfelter from 2023 to November 2024. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Kruger Products L.P. (2011 - 2023), Georgia-Pacific LLC (2003 - 2011), and Weyerhaeuser (1989 - 2003). Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Portland State University, following studies at Western Washington University from 1985 to 1987.
