Joshua Abraham

Joshua Abraham serves as the Director of Commercial Counsel at Magnet Forensics since May 2021, previously holding positions as Senior Commercial Counsel and Commercial Counsel within the same organization. Before this, Joshua worked as Legal Counsel at Sandvine from March 2020 to May 2021 and gained experience as an Associate Lawyer at Giesbrecht, Griffin, Funk & Irvine LLP from July 2017 to March 2020, focusing on Corporate/Commercial Law. Joshua's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, along with multiple certificates in areas such as Privacy and Cybersecurity Law, IT Agreements, IP Licensing, and Business Fundamentals. Joshua also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in Legal Studies and a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Waterloo.
