Kathleen Forde, PEng, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Magnet Forensics since July 2025, Kathleen utilizes Agile principles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering features. Previously, Kathleen spent over twelve years at D2L as a Senior Program Manager, driving strategic, cross-functional programs. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of eProcess Platform Solutions at Scotiabank, Program Manager at BlackBerry, Deployment Manager at Medicalis, and Project Manager in several other organizations. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
