Shawna Crawford

Shawna Crawford possesses extensive experience in technical support and software testing, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist and previously as a Software Tester at Magnet Forensics since December 2016. Prior experience includes tenures at BlackBerry from November 2004 to April 2016, where Shawna held the positions of Team Lead for BBLink Software Verification & Validation and System Test Specialist. Shawna began their career at Nortel Networks, contributing as a Software Tester from 1997 to 2006 and as a Lab Administrator from 1995 to 1996.
