Alfred Chuang

Alfred Chuang is a highly experienced technology and venture capital professional currently serving as General Partner at Race Capital and Co-Founder of FoundersHK, both since January 2020. Alfred founded Magnet Systems, Inc. in April 2011, serving as both Founder and CEO. Prior to this, Alfred was a General Partner at Ming LLC from May 2008 to April 2011, and held the title of Founder, Chairman, and CEO at BEA Systems, Inc. from 1994 until April 2008. Alfred's career in technology began at Sun Microsystems, where various leadership and management positions were held from June 1986 to December 1994. Alfred Chuang holds an MS in Computer Science from UC Davis and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco.
