Aynsley Weiss

Aynsley Weiss holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2013. Weiss has extensive experience in people operations, currently serving as a Manager at Magnetar Capital since September 2022. Prior to this role, Weiss worked at Revantage, A Blackstone Company, from May 2018 to September 2022, progressing through positions including Team Lead, Associate, People & Culture Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Earlier experience includes working as an Information Associate at SBB Research Group from September 2013 to May 2018 and as a Sales Associate at Ravinia Festival from 2011 to 2013.
