Vanessa Eriksson, CPA, MBA has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting field. Vanessa began their career in 2007 as an Experienced Audit Associate at BDO Seidman, LLP. In 2009, they moved to Blue Bottle Coffee as a Controller. In 2014, they became an Assistant Controller at Project Frog. In 2015, they were a Controller at Vino Volo. In 2017, they became the CFO of Iscar Sverige AB. In 2018, they returned to Vino Volo as a Finance Consultant. In 2019, they moved to Makani as a Controller, where they drove the monthly close process, quarterly executive analysis, parent company compliance, and daily collaboration with their majority owner, Alphabet, Inc. (Google). In 2020, they are currently the Corporate Controller at Magnetic Insight Inc.

Vanessa Eriksson holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Vanessa later obtained an MBA in Accounting & Operations Management from California State University - East Bay between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California Board of Accountancy.
