Adam Schrader has worked in the metal finishing industry for over a decade, specializing in shot peening, vibratory finishing, and polishing. Adam has held various roles such as Operations Manager, Production Engineering Manager, and Sr Technical Specialist at companies like Black Diamond Networks, Technical Metal Finishing, and Medtronic Spinal & Biologics. Currently, Adam is serving as a Production Engineering Manager at Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, Inc. and as an AME Process Engineer III at Honeywell Aerospace, where Adam is responsible for Surface Enhancement (Shot peen).
