Neil Sprindis

Neil Sprindis has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Neil started their career at Blackberry Fence Inc. in 2000 as a Commercial Project Manager and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Julian Electric Inc. Neil then progressed to become a Plant Manager at Julian Electric Inc. from 2012 to 2020, where they demonstrated their ability to manage large to small staffing levels and implement continuous improvement projects. Neil then joined Panduit in 2020 as a Plant Manager until 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, Inc. since 2022.

Neil Sprindis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Northern Illinois University, completing their education from 2000 to 2003.
