Eric D. Katz

Eric D. Katz has a varied work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Eric D. co-founded Magnify Investments in 2020 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to this, they worked at Colliers International as a Senior Vice President from July 2015 to September 2020. Before that, they co-founded Granite Property Management in 2015, which was eventually acquired by Mynd Management. During their time at Granite Property Management, they successfully scaled property management services to 300 units across 30 apartment buildings and managed the collection of $600,000 in monthly rent payments. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate of Investments at Marcus and Millichap from June 2011 to July 2015.

Eric D. Katz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a Broker License in California from the California Department of Real Estate in 2011.
