Chloe Zanardi-Neal

Chloe Zanardi-Neal is an experienced operations and recruitment professional with a strong background in managing talent acquisition and operational programs in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Operations Program Manager at Magnit, Chloe leads onsite operations for Burns and McDonnell. Previously, as Resource Manager for Workforce Logiq, responsibilities included serving as an onsite consultant and liaison to attract and retain top talent for a major engineering client. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Edge Technology Services and IT Talent Recruiter at Kforce Inc., among others. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Central Connecticut State University and a Paralegal Studies degree from Branford Hall Career Institute.
