Deepthi Parthasarathy

Deepthi Parthasarathy is currently a Data Labeling Analyst at Meta via Magnit, a position held since October 2023. Deepthi also serves as a Lead Tutor for Best in Class Education, providing instruction in math and language arts to students from elementary through high school since June 2020. Previous experience includes working as an Associate at CGU-Accenture Talent Innovation Lab, where collaboration on research projects validated performance scales, and as a Special Collections Student Assistant at The Claremont Colleges Library, assisting with rare books and digital archive updates. Deepthi's internship with Prologis involved HR and talent acquisition projects, while volunteer roles included participation in the Claremont Graduate University Graduate Student Council and the UCSB Public and Mental Health Commission, focusing on event planning and mental health awareness. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
