Currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Solutions and Workforce Solutions Leader at Magnit since September 2022, Jim has previously held key roles at SmartRecruiters as VP Sales - Central & Canada, and Samanage as Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales. With over a decade of experience in the SaaS market, Jim has developed expertise in sales strategies across various sectors, including marketing, operations, and IT. Prior to entering the tech industry, Jim served as a Deputy Sheriff for both Blaine County and Jerome County, highlighting a diverse career path that includes community engagement through the founding of the Police Activities League.
