Joe James

Joe James has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Joe is currently serving as the SVP Product at Magnit since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at GRI UK, where they successfully executed technology strategies involving cloud infrastructure migration, implementation of new data platforms, and replacement of the company's proprietary Vendor Management System. Joe played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by MSXI. Before that, they held the position of Group Head of Technology at Brookfield Rose Group. Joe also served as the Head of Software Development, Global Delivery - UK at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Joe James worked as a Programme Manager at Barclays Bank, leading the rationalization of processes across branch, telephony, and digital channels. Joe has also held roles as a Senior Manager at Detica, Managing Director at Intersoft Solutions Ltd, and had a range of roles including Software Development, Technical Project Manager, and Technical Architect at Lifecycle Software Ltd.

Joe James attended Bournemouth University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BSC (Hons) in Computing. Joe also holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
